We draft license agreements of all kind, and handle legal questions in connection with e-commerce and data protection, and provide support in conflicts concerning domain names. Our partner Dr. Reinhard Schanda is arbitrator at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and at the National Arbitration Forum (USA) within the scope of the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

In the field of technical IP-rights, we cooperate with patent attorneys and take over representation at court in patent infringement cases.

We also check the permissibility under competition law of advertising and marketing strategies in the light of the Austrian Unfair Competition Act (UWG) and represent clients in conflicts under the UWG, in particular also in cases for the issue of preliminary injunctions.
